Knowledge on Mergers and Acquisitions

Steve is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.

Steve is a business advisor to the entrepreneurial sector. He has particular experience in the Manufacturing and Computer Software industries, and sits on a number of client advisor boards.

As well as helping to develop and monitor strategy for his clients, Steve is also heavily involved with Mergers and Acquisitions, and has been responsible for several successful business sales as well as advising on the purchase of New Zealand businesses.
